Francisco did duct work with another crew a couple of years ago at my house. I started having trouble with the inside air handler leaking water. I had called three other companies to fix it. They all looked at it, ran and ghosted me. One told me I needed another air handler and quoted over $2k. I called Francisco and he was on it with a day or so. He was more than just a quick fix and move to next job kind of person. He stayed most of the day trying to fix it and even called rhe manufacturer tech support to get the exact specifications the system should be and figured out what part was out. The cost of the repair was substantially cheaper than replacing the unit. Now my house is cold like a freezer room and no more leaking water inside the unit. Super friendly service and very knowledgeable. What I like best is that he didn’t ran away since it wasn’t an easy fix. He diagnosed the problem, wasn’t to proud to call and ask for the manufacturer’s help and solved the problem. He has even followed up twice afterwards to make sure everything was still working correctly. I highly recommend him.
